John Wick: Chapter 2

Sequel to the blockbuster megahit John Wick, John Wick Chapter 2 was one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year. Beloved by fans globally, John Wick Chapter 2 was an action-packed thrill ride that audiences could not wait to strap into and it needed a social campaign that would match. 

We set out to capture non-stop motion and intensity at every opportunity. Social posts nailed the tone and voice, serving up Wick’s deadpan delivery; and fans ate it up.  Long-form video content brought the film’s iconic action sequences to life in a manner built for social that demanded a response. 

Their anticipation led to a rousing $30M opening weekend against heavy Valentine’s Day weekend competition.

Symphony of Violence

For the movie’s sequel, we energized the core audience with a supercharged video supercut that distilled the original into 2 glorious minutes of mayhem – contributing to the film’s massive opening day success. Released in partnership with Fandango, “Symphony of Violence” tailored to the swell of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture generated nearly 2M Views and became an iconic hero piece that was lauded across the internet.
